Dead Man's Cell Phone
by Sarah Ruhl

Performed in May 2024, 'Dead Man's Cell Phone' was directed by Tom Messmer. A lesser known play with a small cast could be described as a risk, but we rose to the challenge. It was a resounding success and each performance finished to rapturous applause.

Sarah Ruhl's quirky comedy, exploring the paradox of modern technology's ability to both unite and isolate people in the digital age, proved to be the perfect next step for us.

"I don't even know where to begin with how proud I am of this show and the team that put it together. Five spellbinding performances on stage, and just as impressive showings from the lighting box and backstage. I've been lucky enough to be involved in many productions with MP, but this one might just trump them all"

              - Tom Messmer, Director

"I think there is a dead man sitting next to me"
"I wish I could live in a house made of paper"
